Starting off with bungalows and residential buildings, it entered the domain of industrial buildings, educational institutes as well as hospitals thereby completing more than 20 lakh sq. ft. of construction work. After laying the strong foundation in this field, Kamakshie Constructiions enhanced its scope to redevelopment. The journey started with the redevelopment of 'Prerana' at PaudPhata comprising of 3 towers with a total area of about 40,000 sq. ft. Thereafter the company has successfully completed projects in different areas including Erandwana,Dahanukar Colony, Mukund Nagar etc.
