  • Suspension/Termination of Services
    • If any amount payable, agreed in written or over email, previously between the company & user, by the User to the Company is not paid on the due date, the Company may without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that may be available to it suspend the Service provided to the User. Upon subsequent payment by the User of such monies as demanded by the Company, the Company may at its discretion and subject to such terms as it deems proper, restore the Service
    • reserves unequivocal right to suspend services to any user based upon feedbacks, reviews by other users. The company shall give adequate redressal facility to the said user at its own discretion.

If such information, collected by a third party is misused or results in unsolicited messages from such third parties, then such actions are beyond the control and liability of and the company accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for such actions.
